Silverware.
Yesterday, I made a woman at work cry.
I told her that her dad probably thinks about her as often as she does of him.
He’s probably sorry he chose his new wife over her and he probably feels bad he asked her to move out of the house when she turned 18.
He probably wishes the two of them talked more. And he probably doesn’t know how to change it.
I told her it’s ok to forgive him.
Then, we carried on polishing silverware.
